● This YUMINASHI cylinder head was introduced as the GT220 4V PERFORMANCE HEAD, with a name change later on into the GT4S PERFORMANCE HEAD, and is the first high performance head on the market for the 2021+ generation engines called eSP+.
   ※ This cylinder head had the name changed from GT220 into GT4S, the part number 12200-K2S-N22R has been superseded by part number 12200-K2S-GT4S.

● Every stock eSP+ engine (125cc, 150cc & 160cc) has the 17/20mm K40 125cc valves installed from the 2015 FORZA125. 

● The 2mm larger intake valves allows more air entering your engine, and the 2mm larger exhaust valves result in a cooler running engine, certainly in the case of a higher compression piston installed with perhaps a long stroke crankshaft.

● These special stainless valves are produced by YUMINASHI with the use of a special technic which joins seamlessly together two different valve materials by friction welding.

● Here, hot, high hard alloy steel (non-magnetic Austenitic Stainless Steel) is used at the head while, the stem is made from an upright magnetic kind of steel (Martensitic Stainless Steel).

● Martensitic stainless steel is a type of stainless steel alloy that has a martensite crystal structure. It can be hardened and tempered through aging and heat treatment, and the stainless steel alloy is non-magnetic because of the austenitic crystal structure.

● In this way, the desirable properties of each material is optimized. These include, high temperature corrosion resistance in the austenitic stainless steels of the head, and high tensile strength and abrasive wear resistance in the martensitic stainless steel of the stem.

● YUMINASHI has chosen for this technique which is used in medium to high stressed exhaust valves, and in high stressed intake valves to deliver a high performance high reliability product.

● The intake and exhaust ports from the YUMINASHI GT4S 4V PERFORMANCE HEAD are fully CNC flow ported to get the best possible result out of your 60mm, or larger bore engine.

● The head comes complete with the YUMINASHI 22/19MM BIMETAL STAINLESS COATED VALVE SET (14711-K40-1922S) (LINK) in the box together with a new 60mm head gasket, 4 valve stem seals, 4 tappet adjusting screws & nuts and 2 exhaust bolts M7x17mm. 

※ This cylinder head can be used with the stock manifold and throttle body, but you will get better results with a 32mm throttle body and manifold set in combination with this head.

※ The large inner diameter (Ø34x28MM) YUMINASHI Aluminium Exhaust Gasket 18291-GE2-921R need to be installed in combination with this cylinder head! (LINK)
