22/19MM BIMETAL STAINLESS COATED VALVES (4PCS/SET) (ADV160 - FORZA125 - PCX125/160...) (14711-K40-1922S)

● These special 22mm intake valves & 19mm exhaust valves are 2mm larger than the stock valves in your head, they have the stock valve height and come in a 4pcs/set with a 4.5mm valve stem with undercut to 4mm. (Can be installed in both, the old and new Euro-5 FORZA125 engines).

● These special stainless valves are produced by Yuminashi for the high performance Yuminashi Dimple-Port Head by using a special technic which joins seamlessly together two different valve materials by friction welding.

● Here, hot, high hard alloy steel (non-magnetic Austenitic Stainless Steel) is used at the head while, the stem is made from an upright magnetic kind of steel (Martensitic Stainless Steel).

● Martensitic stainless steel is a type of stainless steel alloy that has a martensite crystal structure. It can be hardened and tempered through aging and heat treatment, and the stainless steel alloy is non-magnetic because of the austenitic crystal structure.

● In this way, the desirable properties of each material is optimized. These include, high temperature corrosion resistance in the austenitic stainless steels of the head, and high tensile strength and abrasive wear resistance in the martensitic stainless steel of the stem.

● Yuminashi has chosen for this technique which is used in medium to high stressed exhaust valves, and in high stressed intake valves to deliver a high performance high reliability product.

※ These valves have the stock valve length, so they can be used in the 4-valve 125, 150 and 160 cylinder heads, regrinding the valve seats is necessary to fit the 2mm larger valve diameters.
