● This manifold adapter set allows you to use the round PCX125/150 30mm and 32mm manifold sets from the formal 2-Valve generation and to install it on the new 4V generation 125/160cc eSP+ engines (Inclusive the older generation NSS FORZA125 4V. engines).

● The benefit of this adapter plate as engine tuner is that it's really easy to take it in your hands, and to modify it/make it fit based on your intake port specifications.

● The plate has a round hole at the manifold side, and the hole is oval at the cylinder head side, so this means that you have access to both sides to blueprint/work a match out for your intake port, and for the manifold diameter.

  • The YUMINASHI 30mm 2V eSP manifold tapers down from 30mm to 25mm and this manifold can be installed without modifications on the adapter with the stock/original head
  • The YUMINASHI 32mm 2V eSP manifold tapers down from 32mm to 27mm, so this means that you need to modify the hole in the middle of the adapter.
    **32mm Recommend to be used with the YUMINASHI GT220 4V eSP+ HEAD (LINK). 

※ VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHEN INSTALL!

● The oval hole of the intake port is NOT located perfectly in the middle between the 2 manifold bolts, but is actually shifted to the right hand side.
So make sure the adapter plate on top of your intake port is correctly positioned. If this is not the case, then turn the plate 180°!...
