● 30MM MANIFOLD SET | FOR 125/160 STD-HEAD (eSP+125 / eSP+160 ENGINES) 

● This manifold is intended to be installed on the stock/original 125/160 cylinder head, and the inner diameter has been enlarged at the throttle body side by CNC (5-axis) to accept the install of a 30mm throttle body.
30mm is actually a good choice in combination with the stock cylinder head (If you have a GT220 head, then we recommend a 32mm throttle body...).

● YUMINASHI has worked a new billet aluminium CNC Manifold Top Plate out (LINK) with rubber and clamps in the set, and this top plate allows you to install the formal generation 30mm throttle bodies from the PCX150 (LED, Smart-Key & Digital), ADV150, and SH150i...

● This set comes also with a wire loom (LINK) because these formal generation throttle bodies are using a 5-pin Gen.2 sensor block (LINK), and not the Gen.3 eSP+ sensor block (5-pin) (LINK).

The wire loom in the set allows you to connect the Gen.2 sensor block to the Gen.3 eSP+ wiring harness.

● If you are looking for the entire 30mm manifold and throttle body combo set, then we have this also available with this LINK.

● This manifold set can also be used for AIRBLADE 160, CLICK160 & LEAD125, but keep in mind that the throttle body for these scooters need to be a throttle body with a 3-pin TP sensor. 

GOOD TO KNOW:

● The Forza125 is the first 4-valve scooter engine which Honda released between 2015 until 2020 with the V.1 manifold installed, which is basically the same as the eSP+ 125/160 manifolds.

● For the step-up to the eSP+ V.2 Honda changed the injector joint from this manifold, and they flipped the throttle body vertical 180°, this means that the sensor block is now located at the right hand side instead of the left hand side, and the throttle cable at the left hand side is now located on the right hand side.

※ Honda is using 2 totally different sensor blocks on the eSP+ engines, Honda is using throttle bodies with a 3-pin connector (AIRBLADE 160, CLICK160, LEAD125), and also throttle bodies with a 5-pin connector (ADV160, PCX125/160, SH125i/150i).
All engines (125cc & 160cc) have the same valves installed in the cylinder heads.   

※ If you have a throttle body on your eSP+ scooter with a 3-pin connector, then keep in mind that you need to install the 17560-K0R-V00 injector joint (LINK)
※ The manifold with parts number 17110-K0S-V00 has a small copper pipe installed, THIS 30MM MANIFOLD DOESN'T HAVE IT, if you need that copper pipe on the manifold then you need to order it separately (LINK).
