● The small valves on the 110 engines is one of the biggest restrictions to produce power on the 19+ fuel injected bikes such as CRF110F, C110 Super Cub 110i and the NBC110 Postie Bikes when a big bore is installed.

● With the YUMINASHI Tuner Edition Series race heads we provide you as engine tuner a very budget friendly hemispherical 54mm big bore race head with 27/23mm big valves installed (valves are included in the set).

● This 54mm diameter head can be installed with 53, 53.5, 54 and even up to 56mm pistons (no gaskets are included in the set LINK).

● We installed the large valves, but didn't touch the ports, so you have the total freedom to build it based on your own specs and expectations.

● The head comes with a 22mm intake port, and a 20mm exhaust port, so that you can decide if you want to create a high torque engine with small ports, or a high revving engine with a large ports.

※ If you want to build a high revving engine, then you can order our upgraded HD Progressive Double Valve Springs Set with this link, and our Titanium Retainer Set with this link.

● The head comes also with screw thread installed in the head to install a narrowband O2 sensor, and a Stainless Steel with copper washer O2 Sensor Plug Set (90105-12125) LINK in case you don't want to install and hook up a narrowband O2 sensor.

● The idea of the Tuner Edition Head is to provide you as engine tuner some options to create the tune you have in mind (if you want to work your pistons out with a specific compression ratio for this head, then we have the Tuner Edition Pistons available with this link).
