● The 167cc dome piston in this HT Big Bore Cylinder Kit is a 62mm dome piston, which is a high compression kit with a 2mm larger piston compared to stock, with a Molybdenum Disulfide Coating (MoS2 coating), that is a lubricating, anti-friction/anti-wear coating applied to the piston skirt only, which is made up of microscopic particles that are great at coating metallic surfaces.

That coating effect reduces the amount of friction between surfaces. As a result, moving parts can move more easily, without causing nearly as much wear and tear as they would if the Moly wasn't there.. 

● The piston in this kit has also received a Thermal Barrier Crown Coating which is applied to the top of the piston and is designed to reflect heat into the combustion chamber, thereby increasing exhaust gas velocity and greatly improving scavenging potential.
The 0.38mm (.0015”) thick coating can also assist in extending piston life by decreasing the rate of thermal transfer.

● This YUMINASHI DOME HT COATED Cylinder Kit is ready to be installed on 125cc and 160cc with the STD stock valves from the 4valve ESP+ engines installed.

※ The valves of the 160cc and 125cc cylinder head are both the same size, there is no difference in the valve size between the 125 and 160 4V head.

※ We recommend to install the 170cc B-type 8-holes injector (LINK) in combination with this 167cc cylinder kit.
