● The economical Yuminashi Dome ECO Series are produced as a reliable cylinder kit with good value for money in mind.
The 60mm dome piston in this kit comes with a 14mm pin mentioned for a 150 crankshaft and the piston top in this specific set is a high compression dome piston top ready to be installed on your 150 head.
The compression of this 60mm Dome ECO Series cylinder kit is higher compared to the 60mm ECO STD Series Cylinder Kits.
● The size 58mm /153cc was used by Honda in the first generation PCX150 (2012-2014), and in the first generation SH150i (2013-2018) for the 164cc engines.
The newer generation 150 engines such as the ADV150 / PCX150 LED, SMART KEY and DIGITAL / SH150i LED / CLICK150i / VARIO 150 LED & DIGITAL have the 57.3mm piston with a capacity of 149.23cc.
This means that this 60mm cylinder kit is a 2.7mm oversize kit compared to the stock cylinder installed on these models.

※ This cylinder kit need to be installed with a 170cc/min B-Type fuel injector! (LINK to injector page)
※ Recommend to install our larger aluminium radiator with 1.6 bar cap to avoid overheating issues (LINK)
※ The break in period for this cylinder kit is minimal 500km, optimal 1000km.
※ It's not recommend to open the throttle more than 75% in the break in period to avoid engine damage.
※ An open full flow exhaust is recommend to be installed, or to modify the stock exhaust into a open flow system with the catalyzer removed to have a cooler running engine.
※ We recommend to check/monitor your Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) with a wideband O2 sensor/gauge after the install to be sure your ECU is working properly and that you have the right air fuel ratio at wide open throttle, this again to avoid engine damage.
