● This variator set has been specifically developed for the K97 ADV150 and the 2018-2021 PCX150 Digital.

● This variator has been designed as a high performance variator and is CNC machined to ensure a well balanced result for each and every variator set produced.  

● The set includes 6 pieces of 12gr YUMINASHI HT carbon roller weights LINK. 

※ Keep in mind that the movable drive of the variator must be installed with the T-mark, and the 2 dots at the piston top dead center.
※ Don't use low quality nylon roller weighs in this variator set (often in a ivory/cream color), since these are melting premature and creating flat spots which will drop the top speed of the variator, use only the Yuminashi HT (High Temperature) roller weights. 

※ This variator has been designed to be installed with the stock Honda backplate, and stock Honda drive boss to make an easy install possible.

※ If you are mixing 2 weights, then we recommend 12gr and 13gr, keep in mind to install the heaviest weight at the right hand side of the T-mark, the lighter weight at the left hand side of the T-mark.

※ The best result which works great for on-road and off-road use is a combination of 4 weights, 11gr, 12gr, 13gr and 14gr.
This unusual combination has been worked out and tested on a racing track.
Installing the roller weights clockwise:  T-mark up, at the right hand side of the T-mark you start with 1 roller weight 14gr, next 1 roller weight 11gr, next 2 roller weights 12gr and you end with 2 roller weights 13gr.

※ You don't need to have a ECU controller to make your engine run perfectly fine, fast and reliable if you have the correct injector size installed.
