● The 16410-KWW-028 110i type throttle body upgrade set comes with a new O-ring, and without sensors installed.
This 28mm throttle body accept your stock 110cc & 125cc throttle body sensors.

● The 16410-KWW-028 throttle body upgrade set is plug & play ready to be installed on the KWW TYPE-1 28MM MANIFOLD 16410-KWW-028 LINK.

● A frequently asked question is if a KWW 110i type manifold can be installed on a K26 125cc type cylinder head.
The simpel answer to this question is, "yes this is possible", since the bolt distance on the intake port side is the same with the Honda 110cc head and the 125cc heads.

So if you order the KWW 110cc manifold, together with the KWW 110cc throttle body, then it's no problem to install this combination on your K26 125cc type MSX/GROM or Z125 Monkey cylinder head.

※ This 110i-Type Throttle Body can be installed on a stock 125cc engine/manifold, just keep in mind that you will need to machine the inner diameter of the stock manifold, and you will need to use the optional Throttle Body Center Bolts set to install this throttle body on a 125cc manifold/engine (LINK).

※ This throttle body is mentioned to be operated with 1 throttle cable. If your bike has stock 2 throttle cables installed, then eliminating 1 cable won't give you any problem whatsoever to operate your bike/engine in a normal fashion. It will work 100% the same way as it does with the 2 cables installed...

※ This throttle body is a throttle body type without a solenoid installed, and if your bike has stock/standard a solenoid, then not connecting the solenoid connector won't give an issue with the ECU and won't make the engine check light come on.
