● The 164cc Flat Deck Big Bore Kit comes with a special 4-valve 164cc piston designed for the stock FORZA125 head!
※ This cylinder kit need to be installed with a 180cc/min B-Type fuel injector! (LINK to injector page)
※ Recommend to install our larger aluminium radiator with 1.6 bar cap to avoid overheating issues (LINK)
※ The break in period for this cylinder kit is minimal 500km, optimal 1000km.
※ It's not recommend to open the throttle more than 75% in the break in period to avoid engine damage.
※ An open full flow exhaust is recommend to be installed, or to modify the stock exhaust into a open flow system with the catalyzer removed to have a cooler running engine.
※ We recommend to check/monitor your Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) with a wideband O2 sensor/gauge after the install to be sure your ECU is working properly and that you have the right air fuel ratio at wide open throttle, this again to avoid engine damage.
● The Flat Deck Light Bore Kit has been developed to make a perfect seal, and the 8 coolant holes/port in the cylinder and gasket (not shown on the picture) since November 2019 has been developed by the Yuminashi R&D to make a perfect match with the 8 holes/ports in the 150 head to allow a higher coolant flow compared to the stock gasket, and to have a cooler running engine which is able to run higher compression ratios without the fear of blowing head gaskets and to push the envelope on the durability and reliability side as much as possible with installing a entirely new very hard cylinder sleeve which comes directly from the Yuminashi racing series engines to avoid ovalisation, oil leaks and compression loss!...
With full flow copper head gasket (LINK) you are ensured from the perfect seal, and the hard chromium plating layered (Cr) piston rings which are produced by very strict Japanese standards has excellent characteristics which combine the original properties of chromium metal with the advantages of erectro-deposits!
● The main benefits from the chrominum plating layered piston rings (LINK) are extremely high hardness of HmV (Micro Vickers), 800 to 1100 (cf. gray cast iron 220 to 270), high melting point of approx. 1800°C (cf. cast iron 1200°C), good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, a low friction factor and excellent wear resistance, such features are very effective in preventing piston ring wear.
● The enlightened 4-valve piston is made from A-grade materials and the piston skirts come with a molybdenum coating. The Anti-detonation grooves on the top ringland provide several advantages, which include further atomization of the combustion charge to prevent damage to the piston and ring caused by pre-ignition. These grooves also prevent carbon build up on the ring land which can cause the compression ring to stick in the ring groove.
