● We are proud to introduce the very first 130cc tuning kit specifically designed for the Honda Navi110. This isn't just a bigger piston; it is a complete re-engineering of the power unit designed to overcome the specific limitations of the stock engine: heat, low compression, and limited RPMs.

1. The Aluminium Advantage: Reliability Meets Performance

The most visible upgrade in this kit is the move away from the heavy, heat-soaking stock cast iron cylinder.

  • Aluminium Block: We have manufactured this cylinder using high-grade aluminium featuring a durable metal sleeve.

  • The Physics of Power: Aluminium dissipates heat significantly faster than cast iron. A cooler engine means a cooler intake charge. Since cooler air contains more oxygen, you get a more efficient combustion and consistent power delivery without the risk of overheating that plagues standard iron big bore kits.

2. Correcting the Compression Ratio

As discussed in our technical analysis of the Navi110 Cylinder Head Volume, the stock engine suffers from a very low compression ratio, which is the primary reason the bike struggles to reach and maintain safe roadworthy top speeds.

  • Torque Upgrade: By moving to a 54mm bore, we aren't just increasing displacement; we are correcting the compression ratio to a level that produces actual torque.

  • Customizable Tuning: We include both a thick and a thin cylinder base gasket. This puts the control in your hands, allowing you to fine-tune the compression ratio (Static CR) to match your local fuel quality and riding style.

3. Superior Ignition: NGK G-POWER PLATINUM SPARK PLUG Included

To handle the increased performance, the stock projected spark plug with heat range #7 is no longer sufficient.
This kit includes the heat range #8 NGK PLATINUM G-POWER CR8EGP.

  • Platinum Precision: Features a fine-wire 0.6mm center electrode and a 98% pure copper core.

  • Non-Projected Tip: This is a crucial safety upgrade for high-compression builds, lower risk on engine knock and ensuring the piston does not make contact with the plug.

  • Benefits: Expect faster acceleration, superior ignitability, and improved fuel efficiency compared to standard nickel plugs.

● TO GET THE ABSOLUTE MOST OUT OF THIS 130CC CYLINDER, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PAIRING IT WITH THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS TO ELIMINATE THE FACTORY BOTTLENECKS:

1. The Valvetrain (The SS240 Super Sport Camshaft)

  • The 54mm bore creates the suction, but the cam dictates the flow. Our SS240 Camshaft is designed to extend the powerband. When paired with the 130cc kit, this cam allows the engine to breathe deeply at higher RPMs where the stock cam falls flat, transforming the character of the bike from a commuter to a sport machine.

2. Breathing & Fueling (Intake & Exhaust)

  • Carburetor: The stock carb cannot feed a 130cc engine effectively. We recommend our Keihin PE24mm Carburetor (LINK).

    • Note: We are currently finalizing a plug-and-play 24mm Manifold (coming soon). In the meantime, the PE24 can be installed by modifying the stock manifold.

  • Porting: As per our flow calculations, to fully utilize the PE24, the intake port should be opened up to match the manifold diameter (approx. 24-26mm) to ensure laminar flow.

  • Exhaust Header: Based on the 54mm displacement and exhaust valve area, the stock header pipe is too restrictive. For this kit, we recommend upgrading to a custom header with a larger internal diameter (ideally 26mm ID / 28mm OD) to evacuate exhaust gases quickly and prevent heat buildup.

3. Transmission (Stage-3 Variator) The Honda Navi ECU has a frustratingly early RPM limiter. Even with more power, you will hit this wall.

  • The Solution: The Yuminashi Stage-3 Speed Control Variator Set.

  • How it works: This variator changes the gear ratio, allowing the bike to travel at higher speeds while keeping the engine RPMs lower. It utilizes the massive torque increase from the 130cc kit to pull a taller gear ratio, effectively bypassing the top-speed limitations of the stock ECU.
