● This variator set is the large set of the TORQUE CONTROL VARIATOR, and is a great value for money package, because the large set means that this set comes with the 14T countershaft gear sprocket and the MOTUL 80W-90 SCOOTER GEAR PLUG transmission fluid in the package.

● This means that that this set will give you the absolute highest top speed and acceleration (NEED TO INSTALL THE 3 SMALL CLUTCH SPRINGS IN THE SET!!).

● The most torque and horsepower of the 4-Valve ADV/PCX engines is located between 8,000 and 8,500RPM and this is where this variator set will bring you instantly to get you the utmost benefit of your engine power to improve top speed and acceleration.

● The variator set is CNC machined to ensure a well balanced result for each and every variator set produced.

● The Torque Control version 2.0 makes it possible to control the drop in RPM's at high speed by providing the choice to you to install, or not install the left hand side fixed drive from the Torque Control Variator Set.

If you are a +85kg person you can check the result with the stock (left) fixed variator side installed, if you are a person from 85kg or less, then you can install the torque control left variator side which comes in the package, because this one will drop your RPM's again at higher top speed, and will make a higher top speed possible.

● This set comes with the 10KG. force clutch springs set (3pcs/set) in the package, to get rid of the huge drop in RPM's if you open the throttle from a stand still, or low speed driving position.

● The set includes 6 pieces of 11gr YUMINASHI HT carbon roller weights LINK to make the install possible on both 125cc and 160cc 4V engines. 

※ This variator set has been developed to allow you to control the torque of your engine, this V2.0 variator set is a 2 way adjustable system.
If you install both variator halves and the RPM's are dropping too much (your engine have a hard time to reach top speed), then we recommend to install only the right hand side variator from the set (movable drive) with the roller weights in combination with your original/stock Honda left variator side (fixed drive)...

※ The belt will need to adjust, we recommend to run to top speed for a distance, to let the engine cool down afterwards, and to repeat this 3 times to get the final result.

※ It's possible that the first time you run to top speed you feel a vibration at idle, but this will go away after the second run.

※ The outer diameter from the movable drive is 126.7mm, which can be useful information if you are planning to install this variator on another engine as the scooters described below...
