● This specific manifold is a long type manifold, and has the stock length of the Vario150/Click150i manifold.

This specific manifold has a totally different shape compared to the PCX125 or PCX150 manifold and throttle body, which means that you need to use a throttle body specific for this 150 long type manifold: 


● THESE 4 SIZES THROTTLE BODIES WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR THE 150 LONG TYPE MANIFOLD:

  • 26MM THROTTLE BODY WITH SENSORS FOR 150 LONG TYPE MANIFOLD (LINK)
  • 30MM THROTTLE BODY UPGRADE SET FOR 150 LONG TYPE MANIFOLD (LINK)
  • 32MM THROTTLE BODY UPGRADE SET FOR 150 LONG TYPE MANIFOLD (LINK)
  • 34MM THROTTLE BODY UPGRADE SET FOR 150 LONG TYPE MANIFOLD (LINK)

● The diameter at the throttle body side of the 17111-K59-3328 "150" long type manifold is 33mm, the diameter at the cylinder head side is 28.25mm which is roughly 3.25mm larger as the stock 150 cylinder head intake port diameter.

※ We want to stress that a PCX125 or PCX150 throttle body can not be installed on this long type 150 manifold, keep this in mind if you select and order this part.
