● The 32mm manifold set is mentioned to be installed with the Keihin 32mm Throttle Body

- LINK throttle body for PCX125/150 - SH125/150 - ADV150.
- LINK throttle body for CLICK/VARIO125 & 150 - AIR BLADE 125/150.

The diameter at the throttle body side is 31.6mm, the diameter at the cylinder head side is 27.20mm and is possible to be enlarged based on your needs.

The 27.20mm diameter at the cylinder head allows you to install the manifold on a stock 150cc head (25mm port) and enlarge the stock port by 2mm to 2.5mm depending on the casting...
The inner diameter of the brown insulator in the set is 24.7mm to fit on a stock 150 head, and need to be enlarged if you are porting the stock head...

The dark brown insulator plate with the 2 O-rings which comes with the set has an inner diameter of 24.50mm which means it's 0.5mm smaller than the inner diameter from the manifold at the cylinder head side. 

※ This manifold set need to be installed with a 32mm throttle body.

※ Keep in mind that the ADV150 / PCX DIGITAL & SH125i/150i (2017- ) need to order additionally the 17560-K35-V00 B-Type injector joint LINK.
