● If you want to take the full potential out of your 164cc kit, then the install from this 31mm throttle body set is a real must, even if you have the original 125cc cylinderhead with 27/22mm valves and would think that this doesn't make much sense.

The result from a 164cc Light Bore with this 31mm PGM-FI upgrade set installed is amazing with an improved acceleration and higher top speed as result!....

This throttle body upgrade set can also be installed on:

  • VISION 50 (2012- )
  • SCOOPY-i (2011)
  • AIR BLADE i (2011)
  • CLICK110i (2011 - 2012)
  • WAVE125i / INNOVA125i (2007 - 2014)

The first generation throttle body is superseded since November 15, 2017 with the new 2018 model which has a new stainless steel bracket/cable holder to make a perfect install possible on any PCX125/150 and SH125/150i.
The venturi is just like the first generation machined in to a stack to create an optimized velocity and the set is Plug & Play ready to accept all your genuine SH125/150i - PCX125 V1/V2 and PCX150 V1 throttle body sensors.

For racing applications best performance will be achieved without air filter. For road use we recommend to modify the stock air filter with our Big Tube Air Intake Set.

If you install the A-Type high performance injector 16450-KWN-001 then you don't need to install a special electronic controller or anything else, the AFR ratio is spot on!.. 


■ The 31mm Throttle Body can not be installed on your stock manifold.

■ If you have a first generation PCX125, then you need to use the Yuminashi 17111-KWN-031A manifold for PCX125 which comes complete with a special rubber and clamps to make the install possible…

■ If you have an 125cc or 150cc eSP engine, then you need to use the Yuminashi 17111-KZR-000SC B-Type manifold which comes complete with a special rubber and clamps to make the install possible…

■ This throttle body can not be installed on a PCX125  LED or PCX150 LED model!!...


The video above is the Yuminashi 164cc Light Bore set installed on a PCX125 First Generation with camshaft 14100-KWN-25086, 31mm throttle body,
high performance injector 16450-KWN-001 and PGM-FI CONTROLLER 38772-KWN-000 installed to eliminate the stock Honda RPM cut around 9400RPM's.
