● The economical Yuminashi Eco Light Bore Series are produced as a reliable cylinder kit with good value for money in mind and this specific bore-up version comes with a dome piston prepared for the 60mm 150 STD head 29/22mm valves!

The hard chromium plating layered (Cr) piston rings in the kit are produced by very strict Japanese standards has excellent characteristics which combine the original properties of chromium metal with the advantages of erectro-deposits!

The main benefits from the chrominum plating layered piston rings are extermely high hardness of HmV (Micro Vickers), 800 to 1100 (cf. gray cast iron 220 to 270), high melting point of approx. 1800°C (cf. cast iron 1200°C), good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, a low friction factor and excellent wear resistance, such features are very effective in preventing piston ring wear.

The enlightened piston is made from A-grade materials and the piston skirts come with a molybdenum coating.
The valve pockets in the piston are prepared to run with 29/23mm valves from the double valve springs Yuminashi 150 STD head or the stock PCX150 / SH150i or Vario 150 eSP head.

※ This cylinder kit need to be installed with a 170cc/min B-Type fuel injector! (LINK to injector page)
※ Recommend to be installed with at least a 150cc header/exhaust.
※ Recommend to install our larger aluminium radiator with 1.6 bar cap to avoid overheating issues (LINK)
