● 34MM GT4S HEAD THROTTLE BODY & MANIFOLD SET (ADV160 - FORZA125 - PCX125/160 - FORZA125 - SH125/160) (16410-K0R-34GT4)
● This 34mm Throttle Body & Manifold Set has been worked out by YUMINASHI to be installed on the YUMINASHI GT4S 22/19MM 4V cylinder head, which has a much larger than stock intake port.
● This is a complete set which includes the 34mm GT4S Manifold, the GT4S Insulator Plate #17119-K0R-GT4, the 34mm Throttle Body and O-rings. (Can not be used on the STD/Stock Honda Cylinder head!)
※ Honda Injector Joint #17560-K0R-V00 is not included in the set, and when needed can be ordered with this LINK.
● The 34mm throttle body in this set is a custom throttle body with a 34mm inner diameter, and a larger than stock outer diameter at the air filter side (45mm), with a stack machined into the air intake to create an improved venturi/air flow effect.
● The "venturi" refers to the section where we narrow the air intake, creating a constriction. This narrowing from wide to smaller causes the air to accelerate due to the venturi effect, increasing its velocity. This increased velocity can improve airflow and potentially enhance engine performance.
● By increasing the air velocity, it's helping to draw more air into the engine and increased power, especially at higher engine speeds, with improved throttle response and fuel efficiency.
※ This throttle body with the larger diameter at the air filter side can not be installed on the stock air intake hose, recommend to replace the stock intake hose by the stainless steel air intake upgrade on the air filter box, or to use a custom foam air filter.
