● There are 2 stages worked out, and the white TRE Spring Set is a softer Stage-1, while this yellow Stage-2 TRE Spring Set is the harder version, both worked out for Honda NAVI110 and Activa110 (LINK).

● This set comes complete with the 3 small springs in the set, which will reduce stalling, and totally change how your scoot respond at any speed.

● TRE stands for "Throttle Response Enhancer", and the YUMINASHI team created this antifriction spring set to work with the variator on your clutch, instead of fighting the torsion on it each time the variator on your clutch is closing in to speed up your scooter.

● The TRE ring with bearings installed on the spring is a technology extract in its simplicity... Each time the variator on your clutch is closing in, it's trying to press and twist the spring at the same time, which result in vibrations and a less efficient shifting system, which makes the system operation unstable at any rpm and temperature with a power loss as result. 

● By installing the spring with TRE ring you pull down vibrations, eliminate friction loss, and you get a stabilized system operation at any rotational speed and operating temperature.

● This advanced component addresses two major issues: During the shifting curve excursion, the bushing of the mobile pulley (torque corrector) slides axially along the hub of the fixed pulley and rotates slightly, twisting the contrast spring. In some cases, the spring rubs against the mass holder plate (metal on metal), while in others it remains in place, causing inconsistent opposing forces.

● At high rotational speeds, centrifugal forces deform the spring, causing skidding and strong vibrations, which are bothersome for the rider, harmful to the engine, and result in an inconsistent compression curve. 

※ The TRE ring with small springs is also available as a set, without the large torque spring (LINK).

※ The tool necessary to install the large torque spring is called "07GMA-KS40100R | WRENCH, SOCKET 39x41" and is available at the website (LINK).
