buying-2-discount-300pxl-.png● NEW NIBBI PE19FL SILVER | FLANGE CARBURETTOR & PORTING COMBO (NAVI110) (PE19FL-SILVER)

● This genuine NIBBI PE19FL-SILVER comes complete with a high quality 6mm Single-Groove Aluma-Cut tungsten Carbide Burr with 6mm shank (LINK) in the package to enlarge the inner diameter of your stock 17mm manifold up to the 19mm carburetor size.

The optional 8mm Single-Groove Aluma-Cut tungsten Carbide Burr with 6mm shank (LINK) is also available, which will do a faster job in removing material from your manifold, but isn't recommend to use later on for a intake porting job.
Recommend to finish the manifold with the 6mm Aluma-Cut carbide burr which comes in this set if you are using the 8mm carbide burr!

● Genuine Nibbi PE Flange-Mount (FL) Carburetor Kits: 19mm & 22mm (Honda Navi 110)

● Unlocking the true potential of the Honda Navi 110 requires a perfectly balanced engine ecosystem.
The stock carburetor severely chokes the engine's breathing capabilities, limiting the effectiveness of camshaft, CVT, and ignition upgrades.

● We are proud to offer the genuine Nibbi PE19FL and PE22FL (Flange-Mount) carburetors against a great price tag, with the 6mm Single-Groove Aluma-Cut tungsten Carbide Burr in the set, carefully selected to match distinct tuning strategies.
Whether you are building a bulletproof torque monster for the streets or a high-RPM track machine, choosing the correct carb size is critical for performance and long-term engine reliability.

● Mandatory Installation Step: The Intake Manifold

● The factory Honda Navi intake manifold is cast to match the exceptionally small diameter of the stock carburetor.
Bolting a larger Nibbi carburetor directly to this factory restrictive manifold creates a massive airflow wall, completely negating the upgrade.
To solve this, every YUMINASHI | Nibbi PE Combo we supply includes a 6mm high-quality tungsten carbide burr.

Regardless of whether you select the 19mm or the 22mm, you must use this 6mm carbide burr in the set to port-match your removable intake manifold and phenolic heat spacer to the exact diameter of your new carburetor.
By performing this modification off the bike, you create a smooth, high-velocity funnel directly into the cylinder head without risking engine damage from metal shavings.

● SHOULD I USE THE 19MM OR 22MM ON MY NAVI, AND WHY?:

➠ The PE19FL: The Ultimate Street, Torque & Camshaft Upgrade

● The 19mm is the absolute best choice for daily commuters, stunt riders, and anyone looking for a reliable, hard-hitting power increase on a stock, un-ported cylinder head.

The Camshaft Synergy: Installing our Yuminashi SS240 Super Sport Camshaft (LINK) alongside the 19mm carburetor yields incredible results.
While the 19mm provides ultra-high air velocity, the SS240’s increased valve lift and duration allow that high-speed, perfectly atomized charge to fill the cylinder completely.
This fills the engine's dynamic capacity perfectly, creating a massive, wide mid-range torque curve.

The Engineering: The Navi’s stock cylinder head features a 22mm intake port. Routing the 19mm Nibbi into this 22mm port creates a highly effective step-up in diameter. This accelerates the air-fuel mixture, resulting in incredibly high intake velocity and superior fuel atomization at lower RPMs.

The Performance: You will experience a massive spike in off-the-line torque, immediate throttle response, and aggressive mid-range pulling power.

Recommended CVT Pairings: This carburetor pairs flawlessly with the Yuminashi Stage 1, 2, or 3 Speed Control Variators (LINK) using standard or slightly heavier roller weights. These variators hold the engine precisely in its peak torque band—exactly where the 19mm velocity and SS240 camshaft combination thrives.

Thermal Reliability: The Navi's stock exhaust port is incredibly restrictive at just 19.4mm.
The 19mm carburetor naturally limits total airflow volume, ensuring heat can escape efficiently.
This keeps exhaust valve temperatures safe and provides a massive thermal safety margin for daily street use.

➠ The PE22FL (LINK): The High-RPM Sport Ecosystem

● The 22mm is a dedicated high-performance carburetor designed for riders pushing the upper limits of the Navi's RPM range.

The Camshaft Synergy: When paired with our Yuminashi SS240 Super Sport Camshaft, the 22mm shifts the engine's entire powerband upward.
The larger 22mm bore supplies the massive volume of air and fuel required to feed the aggressive lift profile of the SS240 at high engine speeds, transforming the Navi into a true high-revving machine.

-  The Engineering: A 22mm bore creates a perfect 1:1 flow match with the 22mm stock intake port, ensuring maximum atmospheric pressure can reach the 25.5mm intake valve at wide-open throttle.

The Performance: You trade a slight amount of low-end snap for sheer high-RPM volume.
The 22mm prevents the cylinder from starving for air as the engine climbs toward its rev limit, pushing peak horsepower significantly higher.

Recommended Pairings: The PE22FL is strictly recommended when building a high-rev setup featuring the SS240 Camshaft and our upcoming 10,000 RPM Limiter CDI (releasing next month).
To properly utilize this carburetor, you must tune your CVT with lighter roller weights to physically force the variator to operate higher in the RPM band where the 22mm breathes best.

⚠️ Warning (Thermal Management): Pushing 22mm of intake volume through the restrictive 19.4mm factory exhaust port creates a severe thermal bottleneck at 10,000 RPM.
If you choose the 22mm on an un-ported head, you must proactively manage engine heat to prevent piston failure.
You must tune with a deliberately rich main jet (using unburnt fuel to internally cool the exhaust valve) and step up to a one-step colder spark plug.
A free-flowing, larger diameter exhaust header is strongly advised

ⓘ Summary: Which size is right for you?

Choose the PE19FL if: You want the best off-the-line acceleration, you want to maximize the mid-range punch and torque of the SS240 camshaft, you are using our Speed Control Variators with standard weights, and you demand zero-headache, bulletproof thermal reliability.

Choose the PE22FL if: You want a higher top-end speed, you are combining the SS240 Camshaft with the 10,000 RPM CDI, you are dropping to lighter variator weights for high-RPM operation, and you are prepared to properly manage your jetting and heat dissipation.

- Choose the PE24 if: You want maximum top-end speed in combination with the stock head 25.5mm intake valve, you are combining the SS240 Camshaft with the 10,000 RPM CDI, you are dropping to lighter variator weights for high-RPM operation, and you are prepared to properly manage your jetting and heat dissipation.
