● We engineered the 130cc Essential Big Bore Kit to provide everyday riders with a complete, plug-and-play performance package. ● THE HEART OF THE KIT: The YUMINASHI PERFORMANCE SERIES EUTECTIC CAST PISTON

● We don’t just supply "a piston." Air-cooled engines run incredibly hot when pushed to their limits, and cheap generic pistons will quickly warp, melt, or rattle. We engineered this proprietary 54mm piston from the ground up to guarantee it survives extreme temperatures and heavy loads:

• YPS-12 Thermal Alloy: Instead of standard cast metal, we use a custom blend containing Copper (to rapidly pull heat away from the piston crown), Nickel (to keep the metal rigid at blistering temperatures), and 12% Silicon (to absorb combustion shockwaves without shattering).

• Precision Fit (Zero Piston Slap): Because our specific alloy barely expands under heat, we can machine it to a microscopic 0.035mm to 0.045mm clearance. This incredibly tight fit eliminates annoying engine rattles and ensures a completely smooth power delivery.

• The "Pancake" Dome (Knock Avoidance): The unique raised shape on top of the piston isn't just for looks. As it moves up, it acts like a high-speed fan, violently forcing hot, stale exhaust gases out of the engine. It then squishes the fresh fuel toward the spark plug for a lightning-fast, ultra-clean burn. This actively prevents "engine knock"—the dangerous internal explosions that destroy upgraded air-cooled engines.

• Cold-Start Armor: We applied a specialized dark gray dry-film lubricant to the sides of the piston. When you start your scooter cold, before the oil has time to circulate, this coating acts as a protective shield, preventing any metal-to-metal scraping.

• Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) Pin: The pin connecting the piston to the engine rod is coated in a Diamond-Like Carbon barrier. This creates an ultra-slippery surface to drastically reduce friction when your engine is screaming at 10,000 RPM.

● WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED IN THE ESSENTIAL KIT?

• Thermal Shield Gaskets: We include a 0.58mm Copper Head Gasket to aggressively pull heat out toward the cooling fins. We also use a 1mm thicker base gasket that acts as a thermal wall, stopping top-end heat from cooking the oil in your lower engine block.

• MAX-REV 10K SS CDI Unit: The factory NAVI computer severely restricts your top speed by cutting off the engine's RPMs early at 8,700RPM and then the party is over... This digital ignition unit safely raises that ceiling up to 10,000 RPM, allowing you to actually use the new power and hit higher top speeds without the engine cutting out.

• SS240 Super Sport Camshaft: Think of this as upgrading the engine's lungs. It allows the valves to open wider and longer, pulling in the massive amount of extra air and fuel required to feed the 130cc cylinder.

• High-Lift Progressive Double Valve Springs: Pushing an engine to 10,000 RPM requires strict mechanical control. These upgraded double springs ensure your valves close lightning-fast, preventing them from "floating" or crashing into your new piston at high speeds.

• Ultra Tappet Adjusting Screws (23mm): A small but critical geometry correction. These longer adjusters ensure perfectly aligned contact with the new high-lift camshaft, eliminating excess wear and tear on your valvetrain.

• 8-Heat Range Platinum Spark Plug: A larger engine generates more combustion heat. Upgrading to a "colder" 8-heat range plug is a mandatory safety measure to rapidly draw heat away from the combustion chamber, keeping your piston perfectly safe on long, full-throttle rides.
