● Yuminashi/Keihin 42.5mm Type-1 throttle body upgrade set for the 250 and 300 engines, which will upgrade the CRF250L throttle body from 37mm to 42.5mm, and the CBR250R/CBR300R throttle body from 39mm to 42.5mm...

● This throttle body accepts all your stock 250 and 300 sensors, the venturi is polished and machined in to a stack to create an optimized velocity. 

● This throttle body accept also the Yuminashi TP/IAT/MAP Sensor Block for INNOVA125i - MSX/GROM - Z125 Monkey - C125 Super Cub - CT125 Hunter Cub - etc (LINK).
※ We have also the 42.5mm Type-2 version with a flat, horizontal bracket for the throttle cable, which is more convenient to be used in these compact bikes as pointed out above, perfect also for a CBR250/300R engine swap in these bikes...

● This throttle body upgrade set is perfect to be installed with a high performance camshaft and can be used in combination with the stock air filter box or a higher flowing air filter type (LINK).

● The throttle body size of 42.5mm is basically based on the throttle body size from the CRF250R, which has a bore diameter from 79mm and has stock from the factory a 44mm throttle body installed.
The CRF250R is cranking 39.0 hp at 12,900 rpm at the Dyno with 18.8 pound-feet of torque at 9,500 rpm at the rear wheel, which is a serious step up compared to the CBR250R engine which delivers 23.7 hp (17.7 kW) @ 9,900 rpm (rear wheel) 21.9 hp (16.3 kW) @ 8,500 rpm 26.7 hp (19.9 kW) @ 8,500 rpm.

Based on the results, we can see and conclude that the 44mm throttle body used by Honda for the 79mm bore is a very well balanced bore to throttle body ratio to produce horsepower, and if we keep the same bore/throttle body ratio (Ratio 1,795) then the throttle body result for the stock bore is 76mm / 1,795= 42.34mm.
