● 31/32MM MANIFOLD TYPE-2B (Ø25/34MM B-TYPE) (MSX/MONKEY/CRF110F/...)

● If you have selected 31mm or 32mm large throttle body type (with 5-pin Gen.1 sensor block) and you installed larger valves with a modified intake port, then the next thing to do is to select the correct manifold to connect the throttle body with the head, and selecting the correct manifold for your engine build is an important step to take.

Choosing the “right” intake manifold for an engine is just as important as choosing the right camshaft, cylinder head and compression ratio.
All of these components have to complement one another and work in harmony together otherwise the engine will never realize its true power potential.

● The Yuminashi Type-2B manifold is intended to be used with the B-type injectors (this is your stock injector type) which we have available in different flow/minute sizes (LINK).
This specific manifold is intended to be used with the larger non stock throttle body types with a 3-pin Throttle Position sensor/connector, and also with the Gen.1, 5-pin TP sensor/connector *if a 5-pin Gen.1 to 3-pin wire loom is used.
This custom manifold is ready to be installed on a round 2-valve Ø25mm intake port (0.984251969 inches) in combination with a Ø31mm or Ø32mm throttle body.
※ If your stock throttle body is using a 3-pin connector, then you need to use the large non-stock throttle body type with the 3-pin Throttle Position Sensor (TP-sensor) installed.

● The exact diameter of the Type-2B manifold at cylinder head side is Ø25mm (0.984251969 inches), the Type-2 manifold at throttle body side is Ø34mm (1.33858268 inches) and the maximum id to be machined is 35mm (1.37795276 inches) which we actually don't recommend to do so.
※ If you would install a Ø34 or Ø35mm throttle body on this manifold, then you need to order the 34/35mm insulator rubber mentioned to install a Forza300 throttle body on this manifold.

The short TYPE-2B manifold has been designed with horsepower in mind, and to create possibilities for the engine tuner such as deciding if you want to have the injector installed in the manifold (stock style), or in the throttle body.

● The B-type injector joint which comes with the set gives you the choice to install the injector join on the 31mm/32mm throttle body or on the Type-2B manifold.
A black pin comes with the set to make it easy to block one of the two injector holes, and to install the injector joint based on your preference.

※ The Yuminashi Type-2A and Type-2B manifolds are intended for the larger style non-stock Honda throttle bodies which are easy to recognize with the large 5-pin Gen.1 TP sensor block on the side, or the same style Yuminashi non-stock throttle bodies with a 3-pin TP sensor installed.
The rubber which comes with the set is intended for the 31mm and 32mm throttle body, and not an ordinary rubber but an insulator to block the heat between the manifold and the throttle body.

※ If your bike has stock a little nipple/nozzle with a small hose on the manifold installed for the MAP sensor, then you need to order additionally the YUMINASHI 16166-0M6-311S | INTAKE MANIFOLD NOZZLE & COMBINED DRILL & TAP SET (M6 / Ø6MM X 31.1MM) (LINK) because this manifold comes exactly as shown on the pictures without a nipple/nozzle installed.

※ Keep in mind that this manifold set is a B-type manifold intended for a B-type injector.
If your bike is produced before 2013, then there is a big chance you will have a A-type manifold and injector installed.
