● YUMINASHI 30MM MANIFOLD WITH COPPER (BRASS) TUBE (CRF110) (17110-KYK-030S)

● This specific manifold has been specially developed for the CRF110F bikes, as these bikes have a 46401-TM8-A01 MAP sensor installed (Manifold Absolute Pressure) and is different compared to other Honda bikes with the same engine type that do not have this sensor in their PGM-FI system.

● The CRF110F’s idle is controlled in a few different ways both on the electrical and mechanical.
For controlling fuel at idle, the MAP sensor (the sensor at the front of the intake manifold with a short hose), controls initial tip in fuel and early partial throttle fuel from 0-10% TPS (Throttle position).

● The brass fitting that comes off the intake manifold has a very small office, so even a PINHOLE size air leak can cause the bike to die out with incorrect fuel.

● This manifold is the Ø30mm version which is mentioned to be installed with the Ø30mm throttle body, the manifold diameter at the cylinder head is slightly oval with a diameter of 28.8mm to 29.4mm to allow the cylinder head to be ported. 

● The manifold set comes as a complete set with even a small 6x8mm bolt to install the MAP sensor stay (OEM 17535-KYK-D10) in the package.

※ If the short hose 17537-KYK-D10 which connects the MAP sensor to the brass fitting is kinked, loose at all, or disconnected, the bike will not want to hold idle, so keep this in mind when you install the manifold, you might need to use another piece of hose to run it right...
