● GENUINE 24MM KEIHIN / YUMINASHI TYPE-1 PE24 CARBURETOR (#112/#38/#2.5) (16100-2KC-KBP)

● This GENUINE 24mm KEIHIN / YUMINASHI PE24 carburetor is a very powerful carburetor right out of the box, and it's a Type-1 which means it comes with a angled choke cap to guide a choke cable to the handle bar (the Type-2 with a Pull/Push choke is also available).

● SPECIFICATIONS / FACTORY SETTINGS:

Main Jet: #112 (ROUND TYPE/LARGE 99101-393) (LINK)

● The brass round slide PE24 is very easy to tune, has a very stable idle, and is easy to start in hot or cold conditions.

● This 24mm carburetor works really great on a Honda NAVI110 which has stock a 25.5mm intake valve installed
(We recommend to open the NAVI110 intake port to a diameter of Ø23mm in combination with this 24mm carburetor, and to taper the manifold diameter from Ø24mm to Ø23mm).

● The YUMINASHI PE24 TYPE-1 comes with the special angled top cap #16014-KBP-900 installed with the cable sealing rubber #16118-GB4-003 (LINK), and makes this PE24 very convenient to install, and to guide the throttle cable on scooter, a pitbike or mini-bike such as the HONDA ST50/70 DAX, CT70/CT110 TRAIL, Z50 MONKEY, CF50/70 CHALY, ATC70, TRX70/90, XR75/80, C50/C70/C90, INNOVA/WAVE125.

● The minimum piston size we recommend to use in combination with this 24mm carburetor is a 52mm piston (2,04724409 inches), and the factory carb jetting works really well on a 125cc until 140cc engine (we have many different main jets and slow jets available (LINK) to get the tune right for your engine).

※ This carburetor will provide optimal performance with the 45mm double layer foam filter installed (LINK).

※ This is only the carburetor, A Rubber flange adaptor or manifold are not included! Make sure you can source the manifold for this custom, non stock tuning part when you order, because we don't sell it!...
