● YUMINASHI has worked this short manifold set out with a performance increase in mind, and to install the YUMINASHI / KEIHIN PE24 carburetor (LINK) on your Honda NAVI110 or ACTIVA 110 3G.

● The genuine KEIHIN PE24 carburetor has a inner diameter of 24.9mm, which is perfect to be installed in combination with the 25.5mm stock intake valve of the NAVI110, YUMINASHI has therefor worked the manifold out with a 25mm diameter at the carburetor side, and 23mm at the intake port size.

(The stock NAVI110 has stock a intake port of 22.3mm, so you can use the 23mm orange insulator as a template to open the intake port slightly, to get the best performance out of it...)

● The horsepower benefits of a short manifold vs a long manifold are well known and documented.

● Because it takes longer for the waves to travel in long manifold/runners, it makes the long manifolds most effective at lower engine speeds (where sufficient time is allowed to cover the distance).

● The downside of this is that these longer manifolds refuse to make high RPM's where there is less time and a need of faster moving waves, so by contrast, short runners are more effective past the 6,000RPM mark to keep increasing the performance/horsepower, even with a stock camshaft installed.
※ The most effective result will be achieved with our SS240 Super Sports high performance camshaft installed (LINK).

● The stock Honda NAVI CDI has a rev limit of 8,700RPM which kills right away any possibility to gain higher top speeds (a stock Honda 110cc or 125cc such as a CRF110, Grom125 or PCX125/150 runs 9,500RPM's from the factory), and that's the reason why YUMINASHI has next to the short manifold and larger carburetor also released the RACING DIGITAL CDI UNIT for the NAVI (LINK), to remove the restrictions, and to get the power potential out of your engine.

● This manifold has 2 vacuum nipples installed, to get a stronger vacuum signal if needed (to connect both nipples together with an extra 4mm hose and T-joint), or to hook up a vacuum gauge to diagnose engine issues....
