● YUMINASHI 164CC ECO STD SERIES CYLINDER KIT (60MM/14MM PISTON PIN)

● The economical Yuminashi Eco STD Series are produced as a reliable cylinder kit with good value for money in mind.
The 60mm piston in this kit comes with a 14mm pin mentioned for a 150 crankshaft and the piston top has the STD specific stock/standard piston top shape ready to be installed on your 150 head.

● The size 58mm /153cc was used by Honda in the first generation PCX150 (2012-2014), and in the first generation SH150i (2013-2018) for the 164cc engines.

The newer generation 150 engines such as the ADV150 / PCX150 LED, SMART KEY and DIGITAL / SH150i LED / CLICK150i / VARIO 150 LED & DIGITAL have the 57.3mm piston with a capacity of 149.23cc.
This means that this 60mm cylinder kit is a 2.7mm oversize kit compared to the stock cylinder installed on these models.

● This Eco STD Series Cylinder Kit comes complete with 60mm piston, 60mm piston rings, 14mm piston pin and 2 piston clips 14mm.

※ This 60mm kit comes without a cylinder head gasket, and cylinder base gasket in the package, this need to be ordered separately!
Keep in mind to order a gasket set mentioned for a 150 head and not for a 125 head!

※ 153cc is marked on the cylinder casting.
※ If you replace the stock 6-holes 140cc/min injector with a 8-holes 170cc/min flow injector (LINK), then you will get some more torque in combination with this cylinder kit.

※ The injector flow rate will depend on which type of exhaust you are installing, with the stock exhaust the injector flow rate will be much smaller compared to a sports exhaust installed.
※ Recommend to use MOTUL SCOOTER POWER LE and SCOOTER EXPERT LE 4T 10W-40 (5W-40 if you drive in temperatures below 0°C.)

Torque Spec for the cylinder head nuts are: Torque 27 N m (2.8 kgf m, 20 lbf ft)
