● 50MM / 12MM-PIN, TUNER EDITION DOME PISTON (110CC & 125CC EURO-5 ENGINES) (13100-012-500B)

● This 50mm piston is a drop-in piston size for both the 55.6mm stroke 110cc Euro-5 engines and the 63.1mm stroke 125cc Euro-5 engines.

● The Tuner Edition Dome Piston Set with the 12mm piston pin is mentioned to create your very own high compression 2-valve or 4-valve piston for these engines with a 12mm wrist pin/gudgeon pin, to create a more powerful engine setup with the stock 50mm cylinder.

● The Tuner Edition 50mm dome piston doesn't have valve pockets machined in the piston, this and the dome height/specifications need to be machined based on your personal specifications.

● THIS PISTON SET COMES COMPLETE WITH:

※ If you are not familiar with creating custom pistons, then a rule of thumb is to shoot for a 180psi cylinder pressure to make good power, and to avoid a too hot running engine (a high degree camshaft will lower the pressure inside your cylinder head, a lower degree camshaft will do the opposite).

※ A 110cc engine need to install a 120cc/min injector, and a 125cc engine can install a 140cc/min B-type injector (flow rate of the injector to be used will be based on your location in the world), and if you are going for a higher than 180psi compression then we recommend to use E85 ethanol fuel with a +30% higher flow rate injector...
※ The 5-speed 2020 GROM125 and 5-speed 2021 Z125 Monkey models are called "the 2022 model" in the USA, the 2022 ST125 Dax model is called the 2023 model...
※ 140cc is only achieved on the 125 models in combination with the stock 125 crankshaft and not with the stock C110 Super Cub or Wave110i 110cc crankshaft.
