Engineered for Precision: The Yuminashi FXC 127cc Performance Series

● When tuning an engine for serious road or track use, guessing your fuel flow is not an option. A slight lean condition at peak RPM doesn't just cost horsepower — it drastically spikes combustion chamber temperatures, invites engine knock, and pushes your setup past its safe thermal limits.

We relied on standard Keihin injectors for years, but as tuning demands increased, we needed tighter controls and better high-RPM fuel delivery to maintain safe tuning margins.
The Yuminashi Performance Series B-Type was engineered specifically to solve the limitations of standard mass-market injectors.

● How the Performance Series Outperforms the Standard Keihin injector:

  • Tighter Flow Tolerances (±3% vs ±5%): Standard Keihin injectors are manufactured with a ±5% flow tolerance. We have restricted the Performance Series to a strict ±3% margin. Every single injector is individually flow-tested and leak-tested on the production line. If the flow volume is out of bounds, the machine rejects it. You get exactly the fuel delivery you tune for.

  • Enlarged Internal Bore & High-Volume Filter: To prevent fuel starvation at high RPMs, we increased the smallest internal diameter by 1mm compared to the stock Keihin, accompanied by a slightly larger outer body to maintain structural strength. We also integrated a larger internal micro-filter, ensuring consistent flow even in harsh off-road or track environments where fuel quality can vary.

  • Laser-Welded Circular Nozzles ('C'): The "C" in FXC stands for Circular. Our 6-hole circular nozzle pattern optimizes fuel atomization for a highly efficient burn, aiding in internal cooling and preventing localized hot spots. The nozzles are robotically laser-welded, which creates a minimal heat-affected zone during manufacturing. This prevents distortion and guarantees the injector's structural integrity under high fuel line pressures.

The Result: Consistent, highly-atomized fuel delivery that allows you to confidently map your ignition and fuel tables without fearing sudden lean-outs or overheating exhausts.

E10 / E85 ETHANOL TUNING:

● If you would like to change to E10 fuel (fuel mixed with 10% ethanol), then you can see in the list below that you will need to install a 3.53% larger injector. (Example Forza300: stock injector 235cc/min x 1.0353= 243.3cc/min injector)
● If you would like to change to E85 fuel (fuel mixed with 85% ethanol), then you need to install a 30 to 40% larger injector (Example Forza300: stock injector 235cc/min x 1.3= 305cc/min injector)
You can scroll all the way down on this page to know more about injector reading to know the flow rate of the injector you have installed in your bike, to be able to calculate the new injector flow rate to run with ethanol...

● INJECTOR READING:

How to know which injector you have, and which one should be the right one to replace it to have the same fuel rate, or a higher fuel rate then you already have installed?
With the guide below you can see based on the injector "name" which injector you have installed on your bike, and which one you should take to make your bike run richer or leaner.

Keep in mind that you first need to know if you have an A-Type injector, or a B-Type injector.

With the A-Type injector, the letter on top of the injector tells you the "name" of the injector.
With the B-Type injector it is actually the opposite, because the letter, or letters below, are telling you the "name" of the injector.

How to recognize an A-Type and B-Type injector?
Well, it's actually easy to see because the A-type injector is perfectly round and smooth, while the B-Type injector have these Pins left and right that protrude, it not perfectly round and smooth at all.

※ If you have the large throttle body model, with the large square sensor block, then you can install both injector types on your throttle body, you only need to buy the correct injector joint, and possibly the correct wire loom if the A-Type or B-Type injector wouldn't be the stock injector type of your bike...
