● YUMINASHI 54MM ALUMINUM CYLINDER BLOCK (BARE) - HONDA NAVI 110 (12101-KWP-A54)

● Description: Upgrading from the factory heavy cast-iron cylinder to the Yuminashi 54mm Aluminum Cylinder Block fundamentally improves the thermal dynamics and weight profile of your engine.

Designed for maximum heat dissipation, this lightweight aluminum architecture pulls destructive heat away from the combustion chamber far more efficiently than standard cast iron.

● For air-cooled engines running a larger 54mm bore, lowering cylinder wall temperatures is critical to maintaining safe tuning margins, stabilizing engine oil viscosity, and preventing piston scuffing under sustained high-rpm or heavy-load conditions.

This listing is for the bare cylinder block only. It serves as a direct thermal and weight-reduction upgrade for builders who already have a compatible 54mm piston and want to eliminate the severe heat soak of a cast-iron setup. (Note: Our next-generation BR-11 pistons are currently in development).

● Critical Tuning & Ecosystem Integration: Upgrading the cylinder material requires proactive management of the surrounding combustion ecosystem to ensure rock-solid reliability and knock avoidance. Do not isolate variables when altering the block architecture.

● Thermal Sealing & Squish Clearance: To ensure uninterrupted heat transfer between the new aluminum block and the cylinder head, it is highly recommended to install the Yuminashi 54mm 0.6mm Copper Head Gasket Set.
Copper provides superior thermal conductivity over standard composite gaskets and allows you to precisely set your squish band clearance, resisting blowout under elevated cylinder pressures.

● Ignition & Detonation Control: A 54mm bore inherently increases localized heat within the chamber. To proactively avoid pre-ignition (knock) and protect the piston crown, stepping up to a colder spark plug is mandatory.
You must install the 8-Heat Range Platinum G-Power Spark Plug (Short Electrode).
The colder heat range rapidly rejects thermal energy into the cooling fins, while the specific short electrode design guarantees safe mechanical clearance at Top Dead Center (TDC) across all extremes of thermal expansion.
