● YUMINASHI AIR COOLED BILLET CNC SUPER-BORE CYLINDER BLOCK- 90MM LONG | TUNER EDITION (CBR150R CARBURETOR)

● This billet aluminium cylinder block for the DOHC CBR150R is 90mm long, it comes with a hole of Ø71.6mm and is a air-cooled version intended for anyone who want to create a very large super bore stroked up engine (we have cylinder head gaskets up to 85mm).

● This cylinder block comes with HT (High Temperature) Silicone Gasket in the set, and this is a Tuner Edition cylinder block, which means that it comes WITHOUT A CYLINDER SLEEVE, and that you need to cut the cylinder down based on the size/length you need for your tuning project.

● The stock CBR150R cylinder block is liquid cooled, and this specific YUMINASHI 12100-KPP-90AC cylinder block is AIR-COOLED SUPER BORE VERSION, so you need to modify your cylinder head, which you can do by welding YUMINASHI 19110-014-283 | Ø14MM / 28.3MM L. ALUMINIUM RADIATOR HOSE CONNECTOR PIPE (LINK) to your cylinder head to allow the coolant flow to your head and return from your head to your radiator.

● This cylinder block is machined out of 1 billet piece of aluminium, and it doesn't have narrow spots in the design such as the casted stock cylinder block, which is easy to have a crack in the casted cylinder block if you bore it up too large, with a leaking cylinder as result.

● We see customers using our Air-Cooled cylinder block from the stock piston up to a 85mm piston (If you want to go larger than a 72mm bore, then we recommend you to use only our Air Cooled Cylinder Blocks, we have copper head gaskets up to cylinder bore size 85mm without coolant holes).

※ This cylinder block can be used to install a CBR150R DOHC 4-valve head on a CBR125R engine, this cylinder block can not be used on a SONIC125 engine!!!!!!

※ Keep in mind that the oil channel at the cylinder gasket side isn't machined in this cylinder block.
※ We make this cylinder block 90mm long, and you need to shorten it based on the length you need.
※ You also need to make the oil feed channel into the cylinder block at the cylinder base gasket side!
※ This is a special part, machined specially for you, after you have confirmed your order (we don't keep stock, so this is a slow moving part, don't order this item if you are a person without any patience!)
