● YUMINASHI STAGE-1 SPORTS CAMSHAFT SET (IN & EX) (34T) (CBR250/300R - CB300R - CMX250/300 - CRF250/300L M)

● With the Stage-1 camshaft YUMINASHI has worked a great adjustable allround drop-in camshaft out mentioned to be installed on the stock, or a larger bore piston, and to push the performance on both on-road, and off-road bikes without "overdoing" things.

● This camshaft has specifically been designed to push the valve lift as much as possible with the stock valve springs installed, and "without overdoing things" is a reference to the fact that with the increased intake and exhaust valve lift you still can run the stock head without the risk to go coil bind at full lift.

● The 227° intake degrees are remained close to stock on these Stage-1 camshafts, but with changing the stock 220° exhaust valve timing into 235° exhaust degrees a larger valve overlap has been created, with keeping the exhaust valves open for a longer period of time, and this gives in return a cooler and stronger running engine which is perfect for off-road bikes or mini-bikes with a 250/300 engine swap, and will result in more torque if you open the throttle....

● Keeping the exhaust valves open for a longer period of time is basically an invitation to do a porting job, and opens the door even to install the larger YUMINASHI 31mm and 32mm stainless steel intake valves, in combination with a porting job.

● These YUMINASHI camshafts are also fully adjustable because both camshafts come with genuine YUMINASHI adjustable cam timing sprockets installed, and this allows you to fine tune your engine to the point where you feel your cam timing is spot on, and makes the most power, and this even if your cam chain had some kilometers/miles already....
