● YUMINASHI was the first tuning brand on the planet to be able in giving a positive reply to the global demand for a plug & play 140cc Light Bore Kit which includes the 53mm K1M piston with 12mm piston pin for the stock 110cc & 125cc crankshaft and cylinder head.

(Stroker parts also available (LINK)).

● This 12103-K26-G53B 140cc Light Bore Kit is the second kit we have released, and this is the high compression version kit which comes with the 53mm cylinder, and a top raised piston set (LINK) with piston rings, 12mm piston pin, 12mm piston clips, and the 140cc gasket set (LINK), which includes the black cylinder base gasket and the 53mm premium grade single copper head gasket to ensure you the perfect seal on your engine.

● A lot of time and effort went into the design and the road testing of the pistons in combination with different injectors, camshafts, roller rockers and even fuel blends to be ensured that the compression isn't "over the top" which could result in broken piston ring lands, or in a hole in the piston in case of too deep machined valve pockets in combination with heat and pressure...

● We saw that installing a high degree camshaft result in a compression loss of about +/- 20psi pressure, and with our high compression piston installed you are still at +/- 170 to 180psi pressure which is perfectly save to be used, and results in making good power without "overdoing" things...

● The Yuminashi 14T Light Weight Racing Series front sprocket (LINK) is included in the kit because the 5th gear ratio is way way way too heavy, and you will never be able to make a good top speed if you shift to 5th gear with the stock 15T front sprocket installed (if you are a person with a +100Kg (220 Ponds (lb) personal weight, then we recommend to install a 13T sprocket (LINK))

※ This high compression cylinder kit can perfectly be used with E85 ethanol fuel, and this results in a cooler and even more powerful engine (Don't use an injector smaller than 170cc/min)...
※ If you don't want a big bore kit to raise the compression ratio, then we have you covered because we have the low compression 140cc Light Bore Kit also available with this (LINK), which allows you to make a choice concerning the bore size and the compression you would like to see on your engine tune....

※ If you install a very high lift camshaft, then it could be that the valve pockets in the piston need to be modified based on the lift of your camshaft (This will be fine with 95% of the camshafts available, but it's always worth to check this to avoid damage).
※ This 140cc Light Bore Kit needs to be installed with minimum a 170cc/min B-type injector (LINK) (flow rate of the injector to be used will be based on your location in the world)...
※ The 5-speed 2020 GROM125 and 5-speed 2021 Z125 Monkey models are called "the 2022 model" in the USA...
※ 140cc is only achieved on the 125 models in combination with the stock 125 crankshaft and not with the C110 or Wave110i 110cc crankshaft.
