SHIPPING & RETURN / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

※ READ THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND BELOW BEFORE YOU ORDER!!!!!:

● By placing a checkmark next to "Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions," and clicking the "Continue with PayPal" (or Stripe/other payment system) button, you declare to us and your chosen payment provider that you 100% agree to our shipping and return terms and conditions, which includes our strict no-cancellation policy.

This includes/means you agree to wait until all parts are available in the event of an out-of-stock situation.

Please Note / Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are only included if we ship via DDP bulk shipping. If your country isn't on the DDP list, we will ship via DAP bulk shipping. This means duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs, and they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery for certain packages.

For DAP bulk shipments, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility, as we only charge the transportation fee for the packages. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Please also note that we only ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tracking is usually available 2 days after your order is shipped out.

● Usually, more than 95% of the time, we have all parts in stock. We ship orders out twice a week (excluding Sundays and official Thai holidays).

Keep in mind that there is always a small chance we are reproducing a certain part when you place an order, so please remember that you agree to this possibility when placing your order.

● When you place your order, it will receive an "Awaiting Fulfillment" status, meaning your order has been accepted and is ready to be processed. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an update by email and in your website account indicating the shipping status has changed to "Awaiting Shipment."

At that point, your package is packed and will be shipped out. You will receive a tracking number via email, in your website account, and in your PayPal account as soon as we receive the tracking information from the shipping company.

● The Yuminashi Direct Sales website is intended for professionals, but being an official business is not a requirement to place an order. Anyone can place an order, and if you are located in one of the DDP-listed countries, you will pay no import duties or taxes.

Customers can also receive an additional B2B (Business to Business) discount by ordering more than one piece of a specific part number. This B2B discount is automatically calculated at checkout.

● Please also keep in mind that you are 100% responsible for the contents of your shopping cart before clicking "Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions," as our system does not make mistakes.

We do not select parts for you; the parts you choose are your own personal responsibility. We ship all parts exactly as you selected and paid for.

By placing a checkmark and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you fully acknowledge that you are the sole person responsible for the contents of your shopping cart, and that you take full responsibility for it.

● We have a strict no-refund policy, so please keep this in mind before clicking the button to pay and place your order.

● If you do not place a checkmark next to "Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions," you will not be able to click on "Continue with PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment system," and you will not be able to place orders on our website.

● SHIPPING

● We are shipping the order out to the address you have provided/requested us to be shipped.
We are not responsible for the address you provide/ask us to be shipped to.

If you provide us an address where our shipping partners can't contact you, and can't deliver the package, with as result that your package returns to our company, then we are not responsible to ship the package out again to that same address or another one, we where only paid 1 time to ship your package out, not multiple times. Keep this in mind if you make your order, if you not agree on this, then don't make your order at our website.

● At the moment you place a v-mark next to "yes, I agree with the Terms and Conditions" you will be able to continue with making the payment of your order. If you don't place a v-mark then you won't be able to make a payment and to make an order to our website.

At the moment you agree with our Terms and Conditions, with next paying for the goods, we are obligated to ship your order out and this will be done with DAP bulk or DDP bulk shipping. Keep in mind that shipping with DAP bulk and DDP bulk can take longer compared to DHL Express, and if you are located on an island or another remote area, then this can take longer again to receive the package from us.

If the package was shipped out with DAP bulk, and you refuse the package which you have ordered and paid for when it arrives at your doorstep, then this is your free choice to do so, but by doing so don't forget that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions which includes that you willingly agree to take all the shipping charges involved to ship the package to you and to return it to us to your side. The total amount for all shipping charges covers the total amount to ship the package to your location, to return the package from your location back to our office, and to pay for the import duties which we need to pay to import/get the goods back into Thailand.

If you don't agree with this, then simply accept the package at your doorstep which you have ordered and paid for, or don't make an order at this website!...

If your package returns to our store, then we will provide you store credit for the amount of the goods without the shipping fee.
Keep in min that we have a strict no cancelation policy, and by paying for your order you agree with our policy, terms & conditions.

If you refuse to cooperate with the customs in your country, then your box will be shipped back to Thailand, where we from our side will need to pay import duties before we are able to do anything, such as shipping it back to you, or to let your package come back to our company.
If we don't pay the import duties, then your box will be destroyed by the customs in Thailand and this totally caused by your refusal to cooperate with the customs in your country.

If you place a v-mark next to "yes, I agree with the Terms and Conditions" then this includes that you declare to us and to Paypal to take the entire loss of the goods to your side without the right on any refund from Masato Co., Ltd.
By placing a v-mark next to "yes, I agree with the Terms and Conditions" you declare that Masato Co., Ltd. has nothing to do with your refusal to cooperate with the customs in your country, and you take the loss and the total value of the loss entirely to your side.

So please consider this very well at the moment you place a v-mark to "yes, I agree with the Terms and Conditions" and before you refuse to cooperate with DHL and the customs in your country.

If you don't want to have the goods destroyed by the Thai customs, then you agree with our company policy that we will pay the import duties in Thailand only for you if you agree to pay the full amount of these import duties to us, plus the entire amount to ship the package back to you. We are able to send you a Paypal payment request for this and you need to pay the full amount before we pay the import duties to the customs in Thailand. The Thai customs are holding your box only for a limited period of time before they destroy it. If you wait too long to pay us the total amount for the import duties, and the return shipping cost of the box, then you are aware and you agree by placing a v-mark next to "yes, I agree with the Terms and Conditions" that your box will be detroyed by the Thai customs, and as stated above, you take the entire loss to your side without any right on a refund from Masato Co., Ltd.".  

● We are shipping directly from Thailand to virtually any address in the world.

● By default all orders will be shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays with DAP bulk or DPP bulk, keep in mind that a small item from 5 grams will cost the same as to ship 100 items of 5 grams, since the shipping quotations quote everything below 500 grams at the same price as 500 grams. 

● You can see on each product page the information about the availability of the product.
All items are usually shipped out twice a week based on the availability of your desired items.
Please keep in mind that shipping within one week is strictly an estimation and not a promise.

 If you are placing and paying for your order, you willingly agree with the fact that it might take longer than one week or more for your order to be shipped in case of out of stock situations.

 Please also note that there are import duties to be paid on the items you order from our Direct Sales site if your order was shipped out with DAP bulk shipping (we are not able to ship to every country with DPP bulk shipping), and that the customs know that we aren't the Salvation Army, so please don't ask us to send your order out as a gift.
Don't ask us also to commit fraud by making a fake invoice for your order because we don't commit fraud.

 The shipping rates for all items we sell are weight based.
The weight of any such item can be found on the product detail page.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full amount.

 Before you make your order please be aware that we have a strict no cancellation policy for all products after the order has been confirmed and paid.
At the moment you pay for your order you are agreeing with our shipping & return terms, and the fact that we have a strict no cancellation policy on all products advertised. 

● By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully before you order!
Be also aware of the fact that we don't ship your order to a P.O. Box (Post Office Box) / BP (Boîte Postale)!

We only send your package to a real location to avoid a "package not received" situation.

● If you have placed more than 1 order, and they haven't been shipped out yet, then keep in mind that all orders will be shipped out together by default as one order.
If you insist to ship each and every order out separately, then this is possible, but this will only be executed if we receive your request by email to ship each of your orders out separately.

※ We cannot be held accountable for any damage or deformation during shipment. 


● RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

At the moment you pay for your order, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, which includes our Shipping & Return Terms and Conditions / Policy.

If you do not accept and agree to be bound by our Shipping & Return Terms and Conditions, then do not make use of the website and don't make an order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

It is your responsibility to check all details we provide at our website prior the payment for the part(s) you order, to be ensured that the item(s) you order is/are the correct item(s) to fit and be installed on your bike, or the bike from a third party in case you make the order for somebody else.
You agree with the fact that this is not our responsibility.

Parts which have been installed on your motorcycle can not be returned.
You are responsible for the correct installation of our parts, and to test the well functioning of our parts after the install before starting to drive around.
With paying for your order you declare to us and Paypal that we are not responsible. 

If you received an item which you don't have opened yet, and is incorrect based on the part you ordered or defective, then you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, then send us an email with the details about the defect on the item you have received, or what's incorrect at the item you received.

※ Keep in mind that there is no warranty on tuning parts. A tuning part is a part which isn't installed stock from the factory.
