● This 53mm piston will boost your 55.6mm stroke 110cc engine up to 123cc, and your 63.1mm stroke 125cc engine up to 140cc.

● The Tuner Edition Dome Piston Set with the 12mm piston pin is mentioned to create your very own high compression 2-valve or 4-valve piston for the 110cc and 125cc Honda Euro-5 engines with 12mm wrist pin/gudgeon pin, and can be used to bore up the stock 50mm cylinder of the 110cc and 125cc Euro-5 engines (as listed below) to create a more powerful engine setup. 

● This Tuner Edition 53mm dome piston doesn't have valve pockets machined in the piston, this and the dome height/specifications need to be machined based on your personal specifications where you can get a compression pressure up to 260psi in the stock 125 head which will be even higher in a stock 110 head.

※ We recommend to install the 53mm high compression piston with a 53mm copper head gasket (LINK).


● THIS PISTON SET COMES COMPLETE WITH:

  • 1 Dome Piston, 53mm (Tuner Edition)
  • 1 Piston rings Set, 53mm
  • 1 Wrist Pin / Gudgeon Pin (12mm)
  • 2 Piston Clips (12mm)

※ 260psi pressure is way too high, even on ethanol fuel, so if you are not familiar with creating custom pistons, then a rule of thumb is to shoot for a 180psi pressure to make good power, and to avoid a too hot running engine (a high degree camshaft will lower the pressure inside your cylinder head, a lower degree camshaft will do the opposite).

※ A 140cc Kit needs to be installed with a 120cc/min or 140cc/min B-type injector (flow rate of the injector to be used will be based on your location in the world), and if you are going for high compression then we recommend to use E85 ethanol fuel with a +30% higher flow rate injector...
※ The 5-speed 2020 GROM125 and 5-speed 2021 Z125 Monkey models are called "the 2022 model" in the USA, the 2022 ST125 Dax model is called the 2023 model...
※ 140cc is only achieved on the 125 models in combination with the stock 125 crankshaft and not with the stock C110 Super Cub or Wave110i 110cc crankshaft.
