● YUMINASHI SUPER BORE 37MM THROTTLE BODY SET (16400-K26-037)

● If you are talking "Super Bore", then this 37mm throttle body must be the throttle body you are looking for since this 37mm throttle body, and the manifold we have available for most gear shifted engines, opens the door to the next level.

● Choosing the “right” throttle body size and intake manifold for an engine is just as important as choosing the right camshaft, cylinder head and compression ratio.
All of these components have to complement one another and work in harmony together otherwise the engine will never realize its true power potential.

● This specific 37mm throttle body is a compact throttle body, mentioned to be installed with 2 throttle cables, and it needs to be installed with a manifold which has the injector installed in the manifold.
This compact "large" throttle body type is perfect to be used on small gear shifted bikes, or small scooter engines.

● This specific 37mm throttle body 16400-K26-037 comes with a 5-pin to 3-pin wiring loom, to make it possible to install/connect the 5-pin TP sensor block, to your stock 3-pin wiring harness connector.

● The manual IACV valve allows you to adjust and set your idle speed manually in a very easy way.
※ The color of the IACV valve can be different as the one illustrated on the picture..

SOME MANIFOLD DETAILS:

● The inner diameter of the 37/39mm manifold at the intake port side is 30mm (1.18110236 inches).

● The manifold diameter at the throttle body side is 34mm (1.33858268 inches) and this can perfectly be machined until 37mm (1.45669291 inches) to install our 37mm throttle body, or even until 39mm (1.53543307 inches) to install the 39mm throttle body which is the absolute limit for this manifold.

● The insulator/rubber of the 37/39mm manifold is plug & play ready to accept and install the 37mm and 39mm throttle body.

※ Most bikes produced before 2013 have a A-type injector installed as standard, but please do check if you have actually a A-type or B-type injector before ordering to be sure.

● INSTALLING WITH AN A-TYPE OR B-TYPE MANIFOLD?

● If your bike/scooter is older than 2013, then usually you will have an A-type injector installed (LINK), and if your bike/scooters was build starting from 2013 until today, then you will have normally a B-type injector installed (LINK).
If you intend to install this 37mm throttle body on your gear shifted bike or scooter, then you will need to select also the correct 37mm manifold type for it, so it would be able to accept your A-type or your B-type injector and be connected to your stock/original wiring harness.
