● YUMINASHI SP4S 4V PERFORMANCE HEAD (24/21MM) (12200-K2S-SP4S)

● This special YUMINASHI SP4S Cylinder Head has 24/21mm valves, and has been worked out to make the install of a 65mm, 66mm and 67mm pistons possible.
● This very complete cylinder head included new Roller Rockers, Titanium Retainers, Reinforced Valve Springs, a large Cylinder Head Plate in the set, etc...
● The coolant holes in this cylinder head are positioned much further outside the center compared to the stock cylinder head, and even further outside the center as the YUMINASHI GT4S Head, to create a very reliable high performance engine and to eliminate the risk on a blowing head gasket as much as possible...
● The 4mm larger intake valves from the SP4S Head allowing more air into your engine, and the 4mm larger exhaust valves result in a cooler running engine, certainly when a higher compression piston is installed with perhaps a long stroke crankshaft.
● (Every stock eSP+ engine (125cc, 150cc & 160cc) has the 20/17mm K40 125cc valves installed from the 2015 FORZA125.)
● Coated Martensitic Stainless Steel valves are used in this cylinder head, which is a type of stainless steel alloy that has a martensite crystal structure. It can be hardened and tempered through aging and heat treatment, and the stainless steel alloy is non-magnetic because of the austenitic crystal structure.
● In this way, the desirable properties of each material is optimized. These include, high temperature corrosion resistance in the austenitic stainless steels of the head, and high tensile strength and abrasive wear resistance in the martensitic stainless steel of the stem.
● YUMINASHI has chosen for this technique which is used in medium to high stressed exhaust valves, and in high stressed intake valves to deliver a high performance high reliability product.
● The intake and exhaust ports from the YUMINASHI SP4S 4V PERFORMANCE HEAD are fully CNC flow ported to get the best possible result out of your 65 / 66 or 67mm bore engine.
● The head comes complete with the YUMINASHI 24/21MM BIMETAL STAINLESS COATED VALVE SET in the box together with 4 valve stem seals, 4 tappet adjusting screws & nuts and 2 reinforced M8 exhaust bolts M8x28mm with M8 nuts and the large copper inner diameter (Ø39.8x31.9MM) exhaust gasket in the set.
※ This cylinder head can not be used with the stock manifold and throttle body, you need to use a 36mm throttle body and a specific large intake port manifold in combination with this head (The intake port from this head is 37.7x29.5mm).
※ The large inner diameter (Ø34x28MM) YUMINASHI Aluminium Exhaust Gasket 18291-GE2-921R which comes with this head need to be installed in combination with this cylinder head! (LINK)
※ This SP4S Head need to be installed with at least a inner diameter exhaust of Ø28mm, since the exhaust port is Ø30mm.
※ This cylinder head can be used on a 65mm /66mm and 67mm bore, but don't include a cylinder head gasket!
